Tiffany Barnes-Huggins

Tiffany Barnes-Huggins is a Program Officer for Knowledge Translation with the Think Tank Initiative. She holds a Masters in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University and Bachelor's in International Development Studies from McGill University. She is a research and communications professional with an an acute ability to strengthen and develop corporate communications practices and identify strategic ways for organizations to enhance their public-facing brand and digital presencePrior to joining TTI, Tiffany was a Research Officer at the Institute on Governance, where she performed advisory research projects for clients in the public and private sector on topics related to digital governance, public governance and indigenous governance. During this position, she also led the development of an online marketing and communications strategy for the organization. Her technical expertise lies in international development, women's economic empowerment and nonprofit management.
